Cassia one of two restaurants on the Nitida Farm will present the following over the Sip, Soup & Bread weekend.

They will showcase 5 superb soups that have featured on the Cassia menu over the last 5 years. The soups will be served from traditional potjies and visitors will have the options of purchasing one sop at R50 or R80 for their choice of four out of the five soups on show.

All soups will be served with a freshly baked Panini.

• Smoked Haddock and Chive

• Minestrone

• Lamb Bredie

• Prawn Bisque

• French Onion

Cassia will also have their famous lamb spit burgers and foot long hot dog available on the day.

Ricky Nass will entertain young and old with live music on both days so bring the whole family, some friends and come and spend the day with us.
